What you'll do

  • Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs
  • Map processes and data flows; scope MVPs
  • Bridge clients and engineering; manage the backlog with the PM
  • Support discovery and feasibility for ML projects

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years as a BA in software/IT
  • Excellent structured writing in English
  • Comfortable with technical and data concepts
  • Tools: Jira/Linear, Figma (reading), diagramming, SQL basics

Nice to have

  • Exposure to ML/data projects
  • UX sensibility
  • A second language
