Project Manager
Own delivery across multiple AI/ML and software engagements; keep scope, timeline, and clients aligned.

- Run delivery for 2–3 parallel client projects (Scrum or Kanban)
- Own timelines, risks, scope, and client communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (eng, data, design, BA)
- Keep estimates honest and status transparent
- Facilitate ceremonies and remove blockers
What we're looking for
- 3+ years as a PM in software/IT services
- Shipped projects with distributed/remote teams
- Comfortable with the realities of AI/ML projects (uncertainty, research spikes)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong with PM tooling (Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence)
Nice to have
- Experience in outsourcing/outstaffing
- Understanding of the ML project lifecycle
- A second language (ES/FR)
